Shape Wear FAQ

We can exchange the garment if they have NOT been tried on, worn , used, wash soiled or ruined. The garment that you are sending back must be in perfect condition. ONLY REASON FOR AN EXCHANGE IS IF THE WRONG ITEM IS RECEIVED. For sanitary reasons we do not take shape wear back if it has been tried on, used worn or stretch since our garments are considered underwear and touch our private parts. We would never send something that ha been tried on by someone else to any of our clients.

Please note if your package gets lost or stolen from your mailbox we will help you open a claim with USPS but we will not a refund or resend the order as we are not to be held responsible for lost or damages caused by third party. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number .

Customer have 5 days to report an item defective, damage, or request a replacement of the same item if the company is at fault.
